SITUATION

Parking management has a bad rep, full stop – cowboys, scam artists, bullies, and so on. ACDL Holdings, the brains behind Pure Park, saw an opportunity to build a new kind of parking management model that protected land rights, adhered to the law, and, crucially, provided value to landowners and support to motorists.

QUESTION

How do we build an efficient, automated, and ethical parking management business from the ground up?

Collection of digital documents, screenshots of a parking management app, a chat conversation, and a parking sign. The parking sign reads 'Terms and conditions apply at all times,' with a partly visible logo at the bottom. The app interface shows self-ticketing and contravention information for Avalon Place. The chat conversation involves a person named Penny and another user discussing a parking notice and appeal process. The documents include notices about parking charges and vehicle details, alongside a navy blue parking bag with the phrase 'Parking Management Made Easy.'

Pure Park is designed from the ground up.
